But behind Ronald's success on the lush greens of the Magic Kenyan Open is a story of innovation, determination, and a transformative partnership with his performance coach Phil Jenkins, and Loopin.
I first learned of Ronald's journey through Phil Jenkins, a renowned mental performance coach whose expertise has guided countless athletes to their peak. Phil's encounter with Ronald during a 2016 expedition in Uganda sparked a collaboration that would eventually break through the barriers of distance, intermittent internet connections, and the limited resources in Ugandan golf. However, it wasn't until we at Loopin partnered with Phil to build his very own AI assistant, trained on his knowledge and experience, that we would witness the true power of combining technology with coaching, that would unlock Ronald's potential.

In between their monthly group Zoom calls, these athletes engaged with the AI, asking questions and seeking advice, thus making their face-to-face sessions with Phil even more impactful. The data collected by our AI provided invaluable insights into the athletes' needs and progress, tailoring the coaching experience to their journey towards excellence.
